Spicy and Sweet. We slurped this one down.
- 4 pears
- 1 cucumber
- 1 sweet pepper
- 3/4 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, per glass

L and M both are feeling much better today. We slept well. L’s headache seems to have subsided. M’s mood has improved. We are both feeling closer to normal today. Hopefully (fingers crossed), the hard days are behind us. We still wish for waffles and other sweets and food we can chew, but we are trying to keep ourselves focused and not allow our thoughts to wander too far.
