Juice #10

This juice is very pulpy and foamy. It’s nice to have some texture to change things up!


  • 1/2 a cantaloupe
  • 2/3 a butternut squash
  • 1/2 a purple cabbage
  • 4 swiss chard leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small jalapeño

1. Fruits and vegetables. Harder produce followed by leafy greens.

2. Pulp. It is so so important to juice the pulp. It still contains a lot of fiber and other nutrients that you want to have in each juice. Waste not want not.

3. Mix in a tablespoon of chia seeds and drink it up! Or down. Whichever.

Today is L and M’s first day apart. L is working and M is at home. We are worried this will make today harder, but we learned from our mistakes and will be making extra juice. M is feeling great. Good energy, good attitude, good outlook. She hopes to utilize her alone time by cleaning. L is also feeling great. Her headache is gone, she feels optimistic, energized and is again looking forward to continue the cleanse. She hopes work today will be made easier by the increase in juice and the lack of difficult co-workers tonight. So far, today is going well.
