We decided to make a big batch for convenience at work today. We call this one The Purple Cantaloupe.
- 1/2 a cantaloupe
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 3 swiss chard leaves
- handful of cilantro
1. Fruit and veggies down the shoot!
2. Pulp it. Seriously. Look at the difference.
3. Divide into cups and drink!
This drink gave us a little under a double amount of a typical juice, which worked out for us because we didn’t want to have to add extra produce! M and L are feeling great. Energized, positive, and surprisingly full! We have been drinking a lot of water, as is recommended during a cleanse, and we are frequenting the lavatory.
