A.K.A. the Sour Green. Dee-lish!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 swiss chard leaves
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 pear
  • 1 small handful of grapes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fruits and vegetables first. Cucumbers are a great base because they have a HIGH juice yield, and their taste is not overwhelming.

2. Re-juice pulp.

3. Mix in chia seeds and drink!

INSTRUCTIONS

L is not feeling as well this morning as she was last night. She is having sinus issues, she woke up with a sore throat, and she has a slight headache. After the juice, she is feeling better. Her head feels clear and she feels relaxed and happy. M is doing much better this morning. She woke up well rested and ready to go for the day. Neither of us woke up hungry. We both really loved this juice. M’s menstrual symptoms are not effecting her as strongly as they normally do. We notice a definite improvement, and only after one day!
